Returns Policy

 

ALL SALES ARE FINAL!

We offer a seven day exchange policy from the time you receive your product. If you plan to return an item you 
 MUST contact us at: 910-426-1494 or by email at: sales@leannechurchsuits.com for a Return Authorization Number.

 

Only factory damaged items will be considered for return and will be replaced with the same style, size and color item. If the same item is no longer available, then a direct refund will be issued.
  
 Once you receive the Return Authorization Number you must placed the RA Number on the outside of the returned package or it will be refused. Returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee. All returned items must include the item's original tags, packaging and no signs of the item have been worn. We have the right to refuse any package.


Customers are responsible for all applicable shipping charges for returning an item. RETURNS will not be authorized for
ordering an incorrect size. (Please check the size charts before you order).

 

Regarding UPS Schedule: Please check with your local UPS HUD for delivery times. We are not reponsible for the exact time of delivery.

 

There are absolutely No Returns On Any  Clearance Suits, Shoes , Furs or accessories.  All sales Are Final. No Exceptions!

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

 

RESTOCKING

If you choose not to accept an order you have placed, we will restock the merchandise and charge a restocking fee of 30% of the amount of order, plus all the freight charges and fees.

Merchandise may be Returned for a refund.

If you wish to  be refunded for an Item- You Must Contact us ( 7 ) Days of Receipt of Purchase and request an Authorization Number and give us a reason for your return.

Refund may take up to 21 days.

We Will Not Accept any Item (s)  that have Been sent back to us without an authorization number.

In order to Be Eligible for a  refund - All Item (s) Must be sent back in their Original State, Must not have been worn, And with ALL Original Tags. We reserve the Right to Refuse or Reject any item (s) sent Back.

There will be a 35% ( Restocking Fee ) On All Returns. There is a Limit of ( 1 ) refund per Order.

Hats/ And or Purses are Final Sale. No Exchanges or Refunds On Hats/ And or Purses.

 

We Do Not Issue Refunds on Shipping.
